No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a resolution:

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
  • You must email sheerbeauty143@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos or video showing the issue
    • A brief description of the problem

If your claim is approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the same item
  • Or store credit (if replacement is unavailable)

We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above requirements.

Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sheer Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
